Actress Mary Tyler Moore is in “grave condition” at a Connecticut hospital, TMZ reports.

Moore, 80, is best known for her roles in “The Dick Van Dyke Show” and “The Mary Tyler Moore Show.” According to TMZ, Family members are coming to the hospital to say goodbye.

Moore has battled diabetes for years and underwent brain surgery in 2011 to remove a benign tumor.

She is suffering from a number of health problems that recently became critical, but there is no word as to why Moore was hospitalized.
