Three men shot and injured in the Near North neighborhood

CHICAGO - Chicago Police are looking for the gunman who shot and injured three men in the city's Near North neighborhood early this morning.

It happened near Elm Street and Dearborn, just before 3 a.m.  Police say the men were walking along Elm, in front of the popular "Blue Door Kitchen and Garden" restaurant , when a gray SUV pulled up and someone got out and fired several shots.

A 21-year-old man was shot in the left foot, a 23-year-old man was shot in his left ankle and a 28-year-old man was struck in his buttocks.  They were taken to Northwestern Medical Center in good condition.

Police say no one is in custody.
