CHICAGO — Cubs fans looking for a “Vedder” night tonight at Wrigley have a good start.

Rock star and Cubs fan Eddie Vedder will be singing the 7th Inning Stretch tonight.

Vedder is a native of Evanston and lead singer for the band Pearl Jam.

This comes on the heels of Vince Vaughn in Game 4 and Bill Murray’s memorable version in Game 3.

Vedder is no stranger to the Friendly Confines.  He’s sung “Take Me Out To The Ballgame” a handful of times.

And Vedder penned a great Cubs tune, “Someday We’ll Go All The Way.”

Cubs legend Ryne Sandberg will throw out the first pitch.
