IPRA releases dashcam video of high-speed police crash

CHICAGO -- Dramatic Chicago police dashcam video recorded a high-speed crash that injured four officers.

The video was released by the Independent Police Review Authority (IPRA).

The crash happened July 1 at 124th and Union in the city’s West Pullman neighborhood.

It all started with a robbery in Tinley Park.

Two of the fleeing suspects were killed in the crash, two others were arrested.

On Tuesday, they pled guilty to misdemeanor theft.
