KANKAKEE COUNTY, Ill. -- The Kankakee County Sheriff believes four people murdered over the weekend were targeted. A father, his two sons and another man were found shot to death in two separate locations, all within less than 36 hours.

Sunday afternoon at about 1 p.m. Sheriff's deputies went to a Pembroke Township home on 15500 East Road. The deputies found three men shot to death.

The coronor identifies the victims as Reginald Neal, 56, and his sons, Dangelo Neal, 24, and Davante Hopkins, 21.

Police say they found no signs of forced entry and no signs of a struggle. Officers found the bodies in different parts of the house.

Investigators believe the triple homicide is linked to a Saturday morning murder.

Deputies responding to a call of shots fired found Ralph Ledet, 46, on a driveway. The coroner says he had been shot several times in the head with a 9mm.

Ledet is associated with the home where the father and two sons were found.

Police say previous 911 calls to this address were domestic related.
