CHICAGO — Police arrested a man for a murder in a Logan Square apartment, but not before a second murder was committed in the same location last month.

Bernadette Glomski was killed in an apartment at Moffat and Campbell in April of last year. Then last month Glomski’s companion, John Alexander, was killed there. The two murders were about 16 months apart.

The day after Alexander’s murder, police charged a man named John Skyblue Antone with the first murder. While Antone had been a suspect in Glomski’s murder, prosecutors said they didn’t have enough evidence arrest him last year.
Alexander’s murder is still being investigated.
