Kimpton Gray Hotel bars: Two particularly stylish establishments open in new Financial District property. Boleo is the rooftop lounge with a retractable roof, weekend deejays and Latin-inspired cuisine and cocktails; Vol. 39 is a Mad Men-esque drinkery with classic cocktail program, plus tableside service for cheese, dessert and caviar.
