You could say it's been a dream year for Jason Benetti.
The Homewood native in his first season as one of the play-by-play voices for the television broadcasts of the Chicago White Sox. His calls of the games have earned rave reviews and his story of overcoming cerebral palsy continues to be an inspiration to baseball fans around the country.
Jason made his first appearance on the Sports Feed set on Wednesday during the WGN special on the White Sox. He discussed his path to the White Sox's announcer booth along with team's unusual 2016 season.
