Bears replace Gould with Barth

LAKE FOREST, Ill. – After 166 games, 276 made field goals and 1,207 points, the Robbie Gould era has ended.

During his eleven seasons in Chicago, Gould set numerous NFL and franchise records, finishing his career with the Bears as the most accurate kicker in team history and the ninth most accurate kicker in NFL history.

Replacing Gould is former Chiefs, Buccaneers and Broncos kicker, Connor Barth.

Barth has converted 139 of 164 field goals in eight NFL seasons.

He was released over the weekend by the New Orleans Saints.
