CHICAGO -- Earlier this week, we introduced you to teacher Dwayne Reed, from Chicago, who welcomed students with a rap song and made going back to school actually cool.

Mr. Reed is a fourth-grade teacher at Jane Stenson Elementary School in Skokie.

His  back-to-school rap video has gone viral,  generating over a half a million views. The principal of the school is a big fan of Mr. Reed's work and is looking forward to seeing more hit videos that feature the children and their ideas.

Mr. Reed emphatically states that you can "be a teacher and do music" at the same time.

The world is anxiously awaiting Mr. Reed for his next hit, that he says may happen to mark the end of this school year.
