Bulgogi Beef Tacos

Serves 6 to 8 people

Ingredients:
3 pounds of flank steak or brisket, thinly sliced
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup minced garlic
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup ground black pepper

Directions:
Add all ingredients to marinade over night in a covered pan or bowl. Heat up pan to high heat using cast iron skillet or fry pan. In another pan warm up tortillas on both sides for 10 seconds then serve as tacos top with favorite sauce or salsa served with wedge of lime. Or for a healthier option and traditional Korean way you can eat as a lettuce wrap with red leaf lettuce.
