LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Sharon Osbourne became very emotional as she opened up about her husband Ozzy Osbourne’s sex addiction on “The Talk” Wednesday.

“He’s working at it. It’s hard because it affects the whole family, and it’s quite embarrassing to talk about. Somehow drugs and drink is more acceptable, I think. But when it’s someone who has a sex addiction, it’s embarrassing,” Osbourne said.

She said she’s glad Ozzy has come out and finally admitted to the problem that has caused her decades-long marriage to fall apart.

An Ozzy rep says he has been dealing with a sex addiction for the last six-years.

When Ozzy’s split from Sharon was announced, a four-year affair with his former hair colorist, Michelle Pugh, was also revealed.

Pugh says Ozzy isn’t a sex addict, and that he waited a year to make a move on her.

Ozzy denies the relationship was anything more than a physical one, and is undergoing intense therapy for his sex addiction.
