CLEVELAND -- Outside the Quicken Loans Arena, support for the Republican nominee is scarce in some parts of Cleveland.

From protestors to former presidential candidates, Donald Trump still a hard sell.

Political protestors and law enforcement faced off once again Tuesday with demonstrators scaling flagpoles at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  Three people were arrested.

The crowds were generally peaceful as there were on Day 1.
