CHICAGO — Taste of Chicago kicked off its annual summer festival on Wednesday, showcasing some of the best food, music and entertainment Chicago has to offer.

The festivities in Grant Park will continue through July 10. Admission to the park is free, but most food and some concerts will come at a price.

Taste of Chicago features nearly 70 restaurants, and roughly 10 bands will perform at the event. Attendees can enjoy free music shows at a secondary stage as well.

Chicagoans and tourists flocked to the park this week to enjoy some sights, sounds and bites.  Check out some photos of the festivities in the gallery above.
