Pride Week begins in Chicago

CHICAGO —  Chicago’s kicking off a big week of pride activities and this year’s celebration takes on new meaning after the Orlando massacre.

The community is uniting to honor the victims of the killing spree.

Special events are planned to honor the Orlando victims and police have stepped up patrols around pride events.
