Chicago firefighters pulled a body from the CTA Blue Line tracks at the Harlem Avenue stop tonight.

It’s not clear how that person ended up on the tracks. As a result, trains have been stopped in both directions.

Blue Line service has been temporarily suspended between Rosemont and Jefferson Park since around nine o’clock.

Trains are operating between O’Hare and Rosemont, and between Jefferson and Forest Park. Shuttle buses are available in between affected areas.

The CTA advises riders to check their website for the latest details and allow for extra travel time until regular service resumes on the Blue Line.
