President of Ecuador talks about his U of I days, new PBS show

WGN Morning News was honored Wednesday to welcome President of Ecuador Rafael Correa  to the WGN-TV studios.

He's been president since 2007,but before that, President Correa was a student at the University of Illinois. While there, he received his Master's and PhD in Economics.

You can see Correa on the show "The Royal Tour," which airs exclusively first in Chicago on Thursday, April 14, at 8 p.m. on WTTW.
