Smoke Daddy BBQ Meatloaf
Yield – 4 servings

3/4 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped yellow onions 1/4 inch x 1/4 inch
1/2 beaten egg
3/4 tsp Kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper, ground
1/2 cup Smoke Daddy Original barbecue sauce (or other sauce you like) + another 1/2 for after initial baking/cooking

Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf  (freehand in loaf shape on sheet tray). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then remove from oven, brush with another 1/2 cup of Smoke Daddy Original barbecue sauce. Place back in oven and cook for 15 more minutes to glaze the meatloaf
