CHICAGO — A hockey player drafted to the Chicago Blackhawks’ minor league affiliate is being prosecuted for revenge porn.

Garrett Ross, 23, who plays for the Rockford IceHogs, has been charged with one felony count of “non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images,” according to police reports.

Officials say Ross shared a photo back in August that he should’ve known was “to remain private,” and that the woman “had not consented to the dissemination.”

Illinois is one of 28 states with revenge porn laws. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison.

The Blackhawks drafted Ross in 2012.

He’s due back in court next week.
