Sleep deprivation is all too common in the United States. The National Institutes of Health estimates that at least 40 million of us each year will struggle with chronic sleep disorders.  We meet a woman who is now able to live a healthier life after a long struggle with chronic insomnia. Plus, we learn how she worked with her doctor to change her sleeping habits.
