CHICAGO  - Spring Training can sometimes last up to six weeks. It takes place in areas which are usually pretty warm and the days can get a bit grueling.

That's why a number of players try to do what they can from keeping things from getting too tight.

Social Fodder on Tuesday's Sports Feed featured two examples of these from the Brewers and Mets camp as players tried to find unique ways to break up the routine of Spring Training life.
