Man killed in NW side rollover crash

CHICAGO  –  A man was killed in a car crash on Chicago’s North Side.

It happened at 9:45 p.m. Saturday night on West Irving Park Road near Wolcott Avenue in the North Center neighborhood.

Police say the 63-year-old man crashed into the back of another car and flipped his silver Scion on its side and then slammed into a tree.

The man was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he died.

His name has not been released.

No one else was injured.
