CHICAGO -  Illinois Senator Mark Kirk and a group of lung transplant patients are among thousands of competitors who will take part in the 19th annual 'Hustle Up The Hancock' this morning.    Four thousand people are registered to climb 94 floors to the top of the Hancock Building.   The climb is a fundraiser for the Respiratory Health Association and expected to generate more than one million dollars for research on lung and respiratory health.

Senator Mark Kirk is scheduled to climb part of the way, with some of his "Battle Buddies",  a group he's created representing people who have their own battles and 'never give up'.
