Gurnee man is charged in South Loop club shooting

CHICAGO -- A Gurnee man is charged in a shooting at a South Loop club that injured two people.

Cameron White is charged with aggravated battery and first degree attempted murder.

Police say White was involved in a fight inside the Shrine club at 21st and Wabash in the early hours of February 20.

He was escorted out, but returned, firing shots from his car.

He hit a security guard and a 29-year-old woman, who were at the entrance of the club.

White was scheduled to appear in court on Sunday.
