HAMMOND, Ind. -- A couple from Hammond reported a case of child sexual abuse at Lafayette Elementary School.

The couple says it happened January 7th.

The parents say a gym teacher rubbed their 6-year-old son inappropriately in a school bathroom during gym class.

They pulled the boy out of Lafayette the next day and transferred him to another school.

Hammond police say they've questioned the boy 10 times, and his description of the encounter hasn't changed.

So far, no one has been arrested.
