A former employee for the "Dr. Phil Show" is suing him for false imprisonment.

The woman says Phil McGraw locked her and 300 other staff members in a room last March.

She says he then started yelling and threatened them for information leaked to the media.

The woman claims at that point McGraw already knew who had leaked the information and was only holding the meeting as a way to scare staff members.

The woman says she complained to human resources and nothing was done.
