Michael Wright honored at Chicago memorial; murder remains unsolved

On Jan. 7, Farragut Academy held a memorial service for Chicago-born basketball star Michael Wright.

He was found dead in his SUV on a Brooklyn street Nov. 10. There are no suspects in his murder.

He was remembered for his outstanding work ethic, even as a high school athlete.

Wright was drafted by the New York Knicks, and played professionally for several European teams.
