Man struck, killed by CTA Brown Line train

CHICAGO -- A man was struck and killed by a CTA Brown Line train.

Authorities say it happened Monday night in the Albany Park neighborhood.

The train hit the man near the Brown Line's Kedzie stop.

The 21-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

A witness tells the Tribune he saw two men fighting before both ran toward the train crossing.

Police are investigating.

Normal service has resumed on the Brown Line.
