TEXAS — An emotional reunion as a teenager’s dying wish to see her family is granted.

Qirat Chapra, 18,  suffers from a horrible auto-immune disease, and, for months, doctors have said she doesn’t have much time to live.

Her dying wish is to see her parents who she hadn’t seen in more than a decade.

That’s because Qirat was born in Houston and is an American citizen.

Her parents are Pakistani citizens, and for years, their travel visa applications have been denied.

Her parents’ visas were eventually granted, and they did arrive at the hospital, but Qirat was unconscious.

The Chapra family is asking for the publics’ thoughts and prayers, hoping to see their daughter conscious one last time.
