CHICAGO -- Following a weekend of protests in which demonstrators carried a symbolic casket for Laquan McDonald, a group of protestors is expected to show up at City Hall Monday at noon.

Protestors say they want Police Superintendent Gary McCarthy fired and Cook County's State Attorney Anita Alvarez removed from office. They also are calling for President Barrack Obama to intercede in the matter.

Community activist and founder of Young Leaders Alliance Jedidiah Brown joins WGN Morning News to explain how the protests have been so successful.
