CHICAGO -- There are new reports that Tyshawn Lee's father is refusing to cooperate with the investigation.

Police have said 9-year-old Tyshawn was lured to an alley and executed, as part of an on-going gang dispute involving his father.

DNAinfo reports that police think Pierre Stokes has information about his son's shooting death, but he cursed at investigators who asked for his help.

Stokes says police are harassing him “trying to see if I’ll get mad, if I’m gonna do something.  They want to lock me up," according to DNAinfo.

Police say they have now identified several persons of interest.
