CHICAGO — Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and his wife Kristin Cavallari go to couples counseling.

In an interview with American Baby magazine, she says:

“I’m not ashamed to say that Jay and I consistently go to therapy, because it’s been extremely beneficial for our relationship. For example, when you’re fighting you should never place blame on your partner by saying, ‘you do this’ or ‘you do that.’ You should say how those actions make you feel. It goes a long way.”

While her exact due date is unknown, Cavallari is reportedly just a few weeks away from giving birth to a baby girl. They will reportedly name their new daughter after a dog.

The couple already has two boys: Camden, 2, and Jaxon, 17 months.
