KENNETT SQUARE, Pa. — Police in a suburb of Philadelphia are investigating reports of needle-like objects found in candy handed out to trick-or-treaters last night.

The Kennett Square police department says a “needle-type item” was found inside wrapped candy bars given to four different children.

They’re urging parents to check all candy their children are given.
