Chicago Police officers injured in crash

CHICAGO - Two officers were injured in a crash after responding to a call on the Northwest Side.

Police say the officers were responding to a gang fight in the 4300 block of West Wabansia Ave. around 9:00 p.m. Friday when the suspects took off in a car.

The officers followed them. Police say the suspects then crashed into cars that were parked on the street and a squad car.

The suspects then tried to run away, but police were able to catch them.

Two officers and one suspect were treated for minor injuries.
