CHICAGO — Three men are suing the Chicago Police Department, claiming it secretly ran a “black ops” detention center at the Homan Square police station.

The plaintiffs claim the police carried out secret interrogations of black and Hispanic detainees there.

The police department denies any wrongdoing. It won’t comment on the lawsuit.
