KABUL, Afghanistan — The Taliban claims responsibility for a bomb that targeted foreign troops.

At least seven people are wounded after the bomb in central Kabul.

Soldiers in a convoy were the targets, according to officials.

The Taliban said it was a suicide bombing.

A spokesperson for NATO says a roadside bomb hit the convoy.
