Chris Sale breaks White Sox 107-year-old strikeout record

CHICAGO - Chris Sale now owns a page of White Sox history.

The 26-year-old southpaw struck out seven batters, bringing his single season tally up to 274.

That's five more than the previous franchise record set by Ed Walsh back in 1908.
