Stephanie Donaldson-Pressman skyped in to tell WGN Morning News why kids may be getting too much homework.

She co-authored a study which found that giving kids too much homework could negatively affect parent-child relationships and children's social skills.

The National Education Association recommends about ten minutes of homework per grade level per day, but Donaldson-Pressman says very few schools follow that standard.
