The Harding Tavern Burger

Ingredients:
2lbs of 80/20 house made ground beef
1/4 cup of roasted garlic
salt and pepper to season
4 toasted brioche buns

Spicy Aioli:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs chili flakes
1 Tbs chopped herbs
1 1/3 cups arugula

12oz sliced brie cheese
6 slices of Applewood smoked bacon

Directions:
Grind raw chuck with roasted garlic. Form four patties and season with salt and pepper.  Grill to medium rare and toast buns.  Place 1/3 cup of arugula on bottom bun, one patty, 3 oz cheese (per burger), 1 1/2 slices of bacon, and 1 Tbs of aioli on top bun and serve.
