Smartphone app leads police to ice cream thieves
WEST WEBER, Utah — A livestreaming smartphone app led police right to some teenage burglars.
The app is called Periscope.
Police in West Weber, Utah say two 16-year-olds were using the app last weekend as they broke into a semi-truck.
