A look inside the private world of The White House

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue has been called the world's most famous address, but it's hard to get any sort of intimate account of what happens on an everyday basis inside The White House.

So, author Kate Andersen Brower went to the people who would know best: the Service Staff. She talked to the people who served the meals and made the beds every day for the first families, from the Kennedys to the Obamas.

Her book is called "The Residence: Inside the Private World of The White House," and she talked about it with WGN Morning News Monday.
