Sunrise Service held at Daley Plaza

CHICAGO - Early risers gathered at Daley Plaza on Sunday morning for a sunrise service.

The Thomas More Society, a not-for-profit, public interest law firm hosted the interdenominational Easter service at 6:30 a.m.

The service featured prayers, music, a 19-foot tall cross and a 10-foot tall image of the resurrected Jesus.

The structures will remain at Daley Plaza for nine days.
