Man shot, killed behind Dunkin’ Donuts on NW Side
CHICAGO — A man was shot and killed behind a Dunkin’ Donuts on the city’s Northwest Side Wednesday.
Police say the shooting occurred on the 5200 block of W. Fullerton.
Sources said the victim was a documented gang member.
The 25-year-old male was shot in the stomach and wrists.
He was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
There is an ongoing investigation with no one in custody.
Police say it is unclear exactly where the shooting first occurred, or what led to it.
