PITTSBURGH, Pa. — A Pittsburgh father was pushed over the edge by claims of a violent sexual assault against his daughter.

Investigators say 32-year-old Dustin Moffat waited for a 13-year-old girl to get off her school bus, then forced her into his home and raped her, WTAE reports.

Police say he raped her here more than once. They say when she wouldn’t go home with him, Moffat would choke her, spit on her, then stalk her.

The girl’s father was so upset and angry that he attacked and damaged an SUV, believed to be Moffat’s, right in front of WTAE’s cameras.

According to WTAE, Moffat has been accused of violence before, and two women have filed protection from abuse orders against him — one in 2008 and one just three weeks ago. Both woman said that they were afraid of Moffat.

One wrote that he is jealous and controlling and that she ended their relationship because of his anger issues.  The other wrote: “He he has hit me in the face, grabbed my arms leaving bruises, thrown me to the ground, spit in my face.” And the accusations go on.

In 2012, Moffat was charged with another crime against a child, but it was dismissed. This time police say Moffat busted himself when he posted a video online that showed him raping the 13-year-old .
