Cyber thieves reportedly using stolen credit cards on Apple Pay
Cyber thieves have reportedly been using the Apple Pay system to buy things illegally using credit card information stolen from retailers.
The mobile pay system launched last fall has not actually been hacked.
But the Wall Street Journal reports major hacking cases at stores like Home Depot and Target provided the credit card data.
Thieves then used the information to make purchases without a credit card or signatures.
Most of the unauthorized purchases happened in Apple stores.
Apple has not commented on the report.
