  • Hmmm

Curious as to how many involved in the accident had a blood alcohol level at, near or higher than the legal limit?
It seems that the more I read about these wrong way crashes on Lake Shore Drive, it seems to happen in the evening or early morning hours? An either after or around the time bars close or are around the time people would be going or coming from gatherings where alcohol is typically ingested or served. just saying,
What would be interesting, is to see what the statistical numbers are for this type of “accident”?
