Several Chicago Chinatown restaurants were closed yesterday as FBI agents executed search warrants for an unknown reason.

Federal agents were seen at restaurants for several hours collecting boxes and envelopes labeled “evidence.”

However, agents are refusing to say anything about the case.

At least three of these restaurants are owned by Celebrity Chef Tony Hu.

Managers, say they have no knowledge of what’s happening… or even what the agents are looking for.

The restaurant’s in Chinatown reopened yesterday afternoon.

Hu says he doesn’t want to comment until he sees a lawyer.

The Chicago Chinatown chamber of commerce is also not commenting.
