Hospitalized child from Liberia to be tested for Ebola
A child who arrived in Chicago from Liberia will be tested for Ebola.
The child has been in the hospital since he threw up during his flight to O’Hare on Tuesday.
Health officials say they’re testing him for Ebola, as a precaution.
Another sick traveler from Liberia has been moved out of isolation and will not be tested.
Governor Quinn announced the state now has an Ebola task force to work with hospitals in Chicago.
Starting Monday, travelers from Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea will be required to report their temperature to health officials daily, for three weeks.
