Man running from police joins Chicago Marathon
Thousands of runners were in the Chicago Marathon, but one of them was out of place.
Bryan Duffy, 29, is being held in the Cook County Jail.
Police say officers found him digging around flower pots along the route of the marathon.
They say when officers got closer, Duffy took off and ran with the crowd.
Officers eventually tackled him.
They say Duffy was carrying ecstasy and a wad of cash.
He faces charges for that and reckless conduct for endangering the runners.
