85th Annual Bud Billiken Parade

-The Bud Billiken Parade is the 2nd largest annual parade, covering nearly 2 miles.

-The 6 hour event begins at 10 a.m. and will be filled with music, public figures, civic organizations and youth.

- The Route starts at King Dr. and Oakland Blvd.

 Aquapalooza

-Thousands are expected to attend Chicago’s 1st floating music festival that will be taking place Saturday from 2- 11 p.m at the 31st Harbor.

-Along with music, there will be restaurants and a beer garden—not to mention, a great view.

9th Annual Veggie Fest

-One of the largest vegetarian food and lifestyle festivals in North America is taking place this weekend in Naperville.

-The fest will be held at The Science of Spirituality Mediation Center, Saturday- Sunday.

-There will be food demonstrations, live music, a kid’s tent and more than 100 vendors.
